One of the most Critical parts of the Apostille Process is the payment of service charges. Understanding how and when to pay these charges ensures a Smooth and Timely Processing of your documents.

When to Pay Charges

Payment is generally required after submitting your Documents but before the Apostille process begins. Once you submit the documents, the system generates a fee invoice based on the type and number of documents, the attestation level (state, central, embassy), and the urgency of the service (standard or express).

There are typically three main stages when you might be prompted to make a payment:

1. Initial Submission

After Submitting your documents, You are usually required to pay 50% amount to initiate processing.

2. Additional Charges (if applicable)

If during document verification any additional fees are assessed—for example, due to extra authentication steps or embassy-specific charges—you will be notified and must clear the payment before the attestation proceeds. In some Cases Customer wants documents out of India, In that case DHL courier charges are extra. Courier charges can be checked at www.dhl.com

3. Final Confirmation

Once the Apostille is Done, We will share the scan copies on mail. After that you need to transfer the Balance Payment. If you want documents out of India. Then additional services are billed separately and must be paid before the documents are returned.
